Responsible for leading the financial assessment of new products / programs / opportunities including: Leads new product / program financial evaluation process from concept through commercialization. Ensures critical assumptions identified during business case development are fully vetted at appropriate stage in the development process. Generates and recommends options for products / programs.

The ideal candidate will work directly with our development team in an agile environment to improve the quality of existing and newly developed web-based application. The ability to develop and execute tests quickly with sometimes minimal documentation is required. Candidate will recognize common scenarios and develop automated scripts for those using Selenium and other tools. Must be able to work in a small team environment where priorities and tasks shift quickly. Must be able to function with minimal supervision.

The primary responsibility of the Network Operations Technician (II) is to monitor and maintain the StarView Solutions network and to provide SLA driven Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support consisting of troubleshooting, problem/complaint resolution concerning our services for our Wholesale, Retail and Enterprise level customers.
